fresh peaches
about 5 cups

cup
brown sugar
1 1/2
cups
all-purpose flour

cup
granulated sugar

tsp
baking powder
1
tsp
cinnamon
1/2
tsp
baking soda
1/2
tsp
salt
1/2
cup
unsalted butter
1 stick
Instructions
Peel and slice peaches and add to large bowl.
Add brown sugar and stir, set aside.
In a small bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Spread peaches evenly in crockpot.
Sprinkle flour mixture over peaches.
Slice butter into small pieces and add on top of flour mixture.
Cook on HIGH for 2 ½ hours.
Turn on LOW for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve warm or room temperature with ice cream if you like.
Store leftovers in airtight container in refrigerator.
