Pumpkin Oatmeal with pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice for a yummy fall breakfast. This recipe can be made in either the Instant Pot or stovetop using Old-Fashioned (rolled) oats.

Instructions
Combine oats, water, and salt in the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and make sure the sealing valve is turned to the sealing position.
Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
When the oatmeal is finished, carefully do a quick release.
Add the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice to the pot and stir well.
Serve and top as desired.
